WRA also sponsored the first batch of three students to complete their project during the final year of (Bachelor of Textiles) Degree course of Mumbai University in the Academic Year 1997-1998 under WITTI Programme.

These students have completed the Wool Technology elective course during their final year with different projects titled:

• Guidelines to garment manufacturers and worsted finisher by using Siro-Fast System

• Study of objective measurements of wool top making.

• Low Temperature dyeing of wool.
